Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. For light summer tops I keep to my normal size to avoid a baggy look. I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability.

Taking a few minutes to research before buying can save a lot of money and frustration. It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new.
